We accept returns and exchanges for any unworn and undamaged items returned within 15 days from the order delivery date. After 15 days we will no longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange. All items should be in their original condition and packaging including tags.
*Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. However exceptions may be made if the earrings are faulty and unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received.
An item can only be exchanged for the exact same item. If you are looking to exchange for a different item please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

All goods will be inspected once returned. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition then we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If you would like the item to be returned back to you then a delivery cost may apply.
You as a customer will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Incase of the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, please make sure to use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance.
